So it seems 6 months after the website crashed, you can no longer book On Business tickets over the phone either. Their telephone booking system has crashed, and customer services is saying “IT is working hard to resolve the issue”. Does anyone have an any clarity or reliable information and updates regarding BA On Business? Is this now completely the end of it?
