Trying to submit a claim via BAs website for a cancelled flight. I get to the page where you enter contact details and it refuses to advance when clicking “next”. Tried 2 different browsers & log/not logged in.
Any thoughts? Is this just temporary or do I need to pursue it some other way?
I suggest you raise a complaint! Sorry couldn’t resist.
I’d give it a day or two, various parts of the website have been in and out recently.
It still appears broken! I rang them and they said there is no other way of contacting them apart from via the form!
Any alternatives, or is it just a case of keep trying? Its all a bit catch-22
If its any help to others, I managed to get it to move beyond the contact details page by entering postcode, but then entering address manually. Made sure it matched what was in my flying club details including spacing between postcode etc
