Trying to submit a claim via BAs website for a cancelled flight. I get to the page where you enter contact details and it refuses to advance when clicking “next”. Tried 2 different browsers & log/not logged in.
Any thoughts? Is this just temporary or do I need to pursue it some other way?
I suggest you raise a complaint! Sorry couldn’t resist.
I’d give it a day or two, various parts of the website have been in and out recently.
It still appears broken! I rang them and they said there is no other way of contacting them apart from via the form!
Any alternatives, or is it just a case of keep trying? Its all a bit catch-22
