BA redemption booking change – any grace?

Made a booking on QR metal for next year. Made the booking at 11am yesterday.

Any chance the BA office will waive a flight change fee now or are they really strict about it? I’m Bronze in Exec club if that helps?

Try calling, with the huge wait times for the call centres at the moment (they only way you can do it). They maybe able to cancel for no charge under the 24 hour cooling-off if policy if you couldn’t get through.

I remember reading somewhere recently this could have been extended to 72 hours until September due to the call centre status.
