I have been trying to book BA reward flights for a couple of days now, I keep getting an error message
‘ There was a problem with your request, please try again later’
Has any one had this or know why?. It is London Heathrow to Manchester search.
I have tried on a few devices too.

The website has been f**ked for the last few days. I can’t get anything to work for me. Presumably due to demand on it.
I booked some last night. For me, it would not work on my iPad mini, no matter what I tried. However it did work on my iPad Pro albeit only in incognito mode so I’m guessing cookies somehow hobbled it.
Just for you, I tried Heathrow to Manchester day return on 14th February and it let me get all the way to final payment without even using incognito today so things have improved for me since last night.
It is crazy nuts how temperamental it can be. Def try clearing cookies and or incognito mode if you haven’t done that yet.
Yes – no issues logging on but when I try pricing up BA holidays for next summer I keep getting messages that they don’t fly my route (MAN-LHR!)
