It should be possible. Email all the details to baholidays@ba.com or give them a call.

Has this changed recently? It used to be possible. At least in 2022.

I rang to use one on a holiday last month and was told it can’t be done anymore. What they do now is refund it back to the card and you pay it off as normal. I was sceptical, but it did work although the refund took 4 weeks to be credited, including a chase up phone call after two weeks, to find out nothing had been done yet.

I would look to clarify that, I’m in a similar situation myself keen to redeem eVouchers towards a BAH booking however I’ve also read recent reports that upon receipt of they are refunding the vouchers themselves as opposed to applying them. In my case I don’t want an eVoucher refund.

They charge your card for the cost of the holiday then refund the voucher back to your card.

Not the best system in the world but you don’t lose out if that’s your concern.

Applying vouchers also messes up the allocation of the BA hols avios bonus.

Yes this is how it’s worked previously, however it direct seem to always be the case now based on some recent experience.
