The BA online and app seems to be crumbling – increasing frequency of problems in the last week ‘Sorry something went wrong’ on app and ‘thank you for your patience we are experiencing high demand’ online. Is the IT system not up to the uptick in demand?

Website has logged me in, but removed 480 TP’s and not removed the Avios i used yesterday for flight – then when I try MMB,I get a 404 message. 🤦♀️
Not looking good for anyone staying up till midnight to score avios seats!
