Hi all,
I got a BAPP card a couple of months back and hit the £6,000 spend target fairly quickly thanks to a few large purchases.
I also have a 0% purchase/balance transfer RBS card which I got just under a year ago which still has a balance transfer promo and enough limit to transfer all my current balance out of the BAPP. Obviously, I am trying to take advantage of the 0% promo.
I’m aware that balance transfer out of Amex doesn’t mean the card gets cancelled and I don’t need to stop using the card.
However, I am curious to know if there are any terms or conditions that prevent balance transfers out of BAPP or new Amex cards for hitting the 2-4-1 voucher target or whether there are any conditions that Amex or RBS implement for transferring balances out of newer cards to old ones.
Anyone who has been been there done that?
Thank you in advance.
