BAPP Downgrade Query

I hit my BAPP companion voucher and want to downgrade to the free BA Amex card since I won’t be able to hit the new £15k from Nov.

If I downgrade before my Avios points is transferred to my BA account, will it be lost?

I don’t believe so. But use the chat function in the App and ask. That way you’ll have it in writing.
