Barclaycard BA upgrade voucher one way no avaliability

Apologies if this has been addressed previously.

I’m looking to redeem my upgrade voucher for me and my partner one way LHR>PVG in Jan 2025 in WTP upgraded to CW. When using the voucher as a return trip LHR>PVG>LHR there is 4 CW seats on multiple days for the outbound LHR>PVG segment, but when switching to one way on the same days there is only WTP seats available. Anyone else run into an issue like this or am I missing something?

Are you selecting WTP then clicking through to the next page?

Yes, selecting WTP, but only getting availability for final upgraded class in WTP when CW should be available.

That’s odd, selecting WTP should take you to a page where you can then confirm CW seats if available. But who knows with BA IT?! Try a different browser, then if that fails you may have to call – if you explain you’re having technical issues booking online they will waive the phone fee.
