Apologies if this has been asked before but Rob’s article doesn’t seem to answer my query, which is as follows. Both myself and P2 have ‘upgrade’ vouchers. We want to book outbound 355 days out and then add the return. Does it work exactly like the 241 companion voucher in that we can add on the return later and as long as the outward leg is before the expiry we’re all fine. Or should we use one voucher to book/upgrade the outbound leg for both of us and the return leg using the other. The latter sounds like we might have issues with expiry dates? Thanks for all your help, as always.
There are long threads in the avios Barclaycard section about this!
But basically, you can only use the upgrade vouchers on flights from the UK, so you’ll need to stick with the first option. Don’t forget you only get the “highest avios” option as well with this voucher.

Well I went through 2 pages of the Barclaycard section and, based on the title, none looked relevant. Hence me putting this post here. Thanks for your response but it doesn’t address any of the questions I had. If you know a post that does address my questions, I would be grateful if you could point me to it.
I think the answer is that because you can’t use the voucher to book one way starting from outside the UK, you need to book both your outbounds using 1 voucher each, and then you can book the return with the 2nd half of the vouchers when they become available. It will mean you have 2 separate bookings, though. You’ll have to call as you can’t use two vouchers on a booking online.
Perfect, thanks aq1988, exactly what I needed to know. A bit of a pain having to do 2 separate bookings but it is what it is!
@Whatsthepoint, I did take the time to answer your question, which was about whether you would be able to use a second voucher for your inbound flights, but clearly you can’t be bothered to look properly or read what is actually on here!
As you’re obviously struggling, I’ll make it even easier for you:

“18. A Member can use up to two (2) Cabin Upgrade Vouchers issued under their Barclays Avios Rewards or Card for any *one* booking.”
Somehow recall a poster redeemed 2 vouchers for 2 passengers return under one booking reference (only achievable by ringing as BA IT won’t allow), and it’s certainly within the T&Cs. No harm in asking as sounds like you are calling anyway.
@gary I think those would need to be under the same membership number for them to be under the same booking though. With two vouchers across two members, it would require separate bookings

@Olly missed the point re OP’s vouchers weren’t under the same name.
