Barclays Premier Account upgrade voucher missing

…been with them 15 months now, all Avios credit correctly, but booking flights this morning didn’t see an upgrade voucher from Barclays in my account.

Trying to sort with App chat, but they just seem to go on about Avios transferring Ok..

Anyone with the same issue?

OK… BA say it is in my account; presumably appears when appropriate in the booking process and not with the Amex vouchers

Would need to select “Book & upgrade” tab to be able to click the “Use BA Barclays Cabin Upgrade Voucher and Avios” option. Alternatively you can access it via “My eVouchers.”
