Trying to book 2x returns to Singapore with my Barclays Vouchers. PE out and club back.
When I search for the dates and routes confirmed by seatspy, it doesnt show availability. It shows both trips in PE, but not the return in Club.
Last night I managed to get close to booking, but then the system didnt met me select both Barclays vouchers, then when I try to use one, it said ‘you dont have enough vouchers’. Seems a nightmare.
Has anyone else had issues using these Barclays ones? and can I phone to book instead?
You would need to ring to use 2 vouchers and/or for mix class bookings, but it’s possible as per previous posts.

The BA website is not great.
Dont get me started with their group booking system. Cant view submitted names, cant email them, all has to be done on the phone to check anything. Ryanair has a better group system.
Congratulations, you are on your way to being able to navigate BA’s IT! SIN is always in demand though, so get on the phone asap and hopefully your seats will still be available. When are you planning to travel?
