Best Amex option for my wife?

So here are her last personal card held dates:

Everyday Eewards card 11/21
Amazon business 06/22
BA Premium Plus 05/23

As of today she is only currently holding a personal Platinum card (£650 fee).

I personally hold a Platinum Cashback Everyday Card and I have a referral offer of £40 for myself, £20 for the referee and they will be eligible for the 5% cashback.

So three questions really:

Is she eligible for this?
Am I correct in thinking this would be this be the best Amex card offer available for her at the moment to break her 24 month personal card bonus allowance?
Would she be eligible for other card offers on top of this one?

She won’t be eligible for any sign up bonus. Read the reviews of the cards Rob has on this site.

You might get referral bonus, but recently some say even that doesn’t work as the terms are different for some.

Thanks, I’ve just found the article and you’re right as she currently has a personal Platinum. I had mistakenly thought because it was a membership rewards card, she would be eligible for a bonus on a cashback card.
