Best / cheapest route to earn 40 BA tier points?

I am 40 teir points short of obtaining Silver. Any advise on best/ cheapest route to obtain these.

DUB or any of the domestic options in J from LCY? One way would do. Although all very much subject to constant cancellations and changes!

The best route is to pick somewhere in Europe you want to go for a weekend and do one way J and one way Y.

The cheapest is find the cheapest same day domestic return with one way in J.
