Best Heathrow Terminal 3 lounge for breakfast?

Got a bit of time to kill in T3 this week – any recommendations for which oneworld/Amex lounge is best for breakfast?

Qantas if you like a healthier brunch style a la carte, BA Galleries First if you want more of a load your plate up with bacon and eggs buffet.

The Cathay Pacific Business Class Lounge was my best bet for a 07:30 flight recently. The Qantas International London Lounge opens from 08:00.

The Cathay Business Lounge served dim sum to order, Western European breakfast buffet i.e. sausages, pastries, orange juice, coffee. It was very nice and relaxed in there!

Qantas lounge only starts table service at 9.30 am but the Eggs Benedict are excellent, especially when accompanied by the gin and pink grapefruit soda from the cocktail menu! We had an early-ish departure recently and found the Cathay lounge pretty meh, very average breakfast buffet and the furniture is desperately in need of replacing.
