Hi all,
My wife was trying to make a referral and could no longer see the option on the mobile app. When she logged in to do this on her laptop she received a message saying ‘your account is temporarily unable to access the referral programme’. When this was queried with customer services she was informed that due to her particular conditions she was blocked from making any more referrals and this would apply to others, based on an updated algorithm.
Anyone else got this? I think she’s only made 1 referral in the c.7 months she’s had the card, so can’t imagine it’s due to over-use.

Yep, as mentioned in the above thread. No idea why I might be blocked and really want to find out why.
