Booking BA Holidays over the phone can be cheaper

So I have booked 3 holidays with BA over the phone this week and they have been all cheaper over the phone. Even when pricing the holiday on line whilst on the phone it was still cheaper , I even advised the agent that there quote is lower , it always seem to be around the £40 mark .. any reasons to this ? I’m not complaining but always thought over the phone would be more . In my case there wasn’t any over the phone booking fee and I spoke to different agents each time

I’ve had this before. Pretty sure it’s because agents on the phone have the ability to pick tickets at different (cheaper) fare buckets for the flight portion of the holiday which we can’t see when we use BA Hols to book online.
