Booking KLM Airfrance with Virgin points

Hi – I’ve never booked a Virgin Atlantic rewards flight before – I’m normally an Avios flyer. However, I’ve accumulated (somewhat accidentally) some Virgin points to use…and I’m fed up of Greggs sausage rolls.

I thought it was possible to book KLM/Air France flights via Virgin, but I’m struggling to find any on the Virgin website…for example if I put “London” to “Paris” in the Virgin Atlantic website no flights come up (not just reward flights, any flight). What am I doing wrong?

I just picked a random Sep date and got 12 options.

Are you:

Using airport codes, not city codes? Must be LHR to CDG

Selecting ‘Points’ under ‘Advanced Search’?
