Booking KLM with Virgin Points

Can anyone please point me in the right direction where to search KLM availability with virgin points? Trying to get seats to Rio in late December

Tried virgin site but booking from AMS with points is greyed out, says booking with points unavailable from AMS?

Tries seats.aero it showed availability for a few dates but when I called virgin they said there was no availability.

Any other places to check, or any better points programs better for business availability from europe to GIG or FOR? Or any seats likely to come up at short notice with KLM.

If you specifically put AMS and GIG in the boxes it’ll work. RIO includes 2 airports so won’t.

Thank you should have noticed that, weirdly it still doesn’t allow it when selecting fortaleza FOR as a destination airport

You need to look up the airport by selecting “full airport list”. There is an article on it in the Virgin redemption university series.

That’s not the answer in this case. There are no direct flights from AMS to fortaleza and reward tickets need to be non-stop.
