Forums Frequent flyer programs British Airways Executive Club Booking not showing – online / seat reservations

  • Supergers49 286 posts

My wife and I are due to fly to Singapore in a couple of weeks with BA. However, our booking is not showing in either of our BAEC accounts when I log in from a browser. I’m sure it’ll be a BA technical glitch, but wanted to check here as to whether I should be concerned about this.

Also, as a lowly Blue, am I right in remembering that we should be able to check-in for the entirety of our outbound itinerary (EDILHRSIN) on check-in opening for the EDILHR leg?

    TIA

If you have other bookings that you can see then you should be nervous. But if that’s the only one then not unusual.

Assuming you have the reservation number you should be able to see the booking via Manage My Booking. You’ll be able to see if it’s ticketed there.

And yes you check in for the whole booking at once and can do so 24 hours before your EDI-LHR flight.

You can access the booking from your confirmation email.

Rather than try to see it on your account have you tried to manage it using the flyer locater and your name? I find this generally works.

Thanks for the helpful responses. I clicked through from the Email Confirmation and the booking was there.

When I go to “Print/email e-ticket receipt”, to see whether the booking has been ticketed, I get an error message (“Sorry, an e-ticket receipt is not available for the method of payment used for this booking.”).

The reservation is a Companion Voucher redemption which has been modified by the call centre a couple of times.

However, my Email Confirmation contains two “Ticker Numbers” starting 125-. I assume that means it has been ticketed.

Check the booking in the app. If needs be log out first. You should see the ticket numbers there

You could also try accessing it on the Finnair website and seeing if your BA numbers are there

I wouldn’t worry about the print eticket thing not working that’s quite temperamental!
