Booking process

On the reward site, I can only opt for one way or return for avios bookings. If I want to fly into one city and out from another, how do I do that online? I know I can do it on the normal site but can’t see how to do it on the reward/avios option.

You have to phone up to get an open jaw booking. It might be possible to do it as 2 separate one way bookings – that may well be similar cost to a return booking, but worth checking. You would have 2 lots of change/cancellation fees though.
