I`ve had an email claiming to be from IAG Loyalty. Are they genuine? Thanks.
Did you check the actual email address it came from?
IAG Loyalty is the division that runs all the IAG loyalty schemes.
If it links you to a webpage owned by iagloyalty.com or is from that email domain, then yes. But even then the page could have been hacked and set up for phishing for your BAEC credentials. I’d be suspicious of any survey that required me to log in.
Thank you! It came from support@usertesting.com and It links to https://app.usertesting.com/participants/sign_in
I have deleted it.
Usertesting.com is a legit company so it’s just an outsourced survey similar to the 3rd party opinion/community that Hilton uses.
Gave up on this tbh. Very complicated [at least for me] which requires you to put your phone into developer mode. I did it once and after doing all the survey it crashed out. Now can’t log in as it says that my profile is incomplete. There appears to be no way of editing it so for 10 bucks? Nope. Up there with that useless BA pre-paid card debacle. BA, you should do better….
