Business class flight to US on AA not credited any tier points?

I flew with AA to the US on business class in May. This was a flexible fare and no tier points were awarded. I have Avios but no tier points were credited.

Is this correct? Who do I contact here to remedy? I am 100 points off gold and this would get me there.

I tried a missing points claim but had no response.

If you still have your ticket (paper or printed), continue to insist. Call BA, write on the chat and make an Avios complain. Then chase weekly.
