Can I add an Avis Preferred profile to a BAH booking?

I do not have the answer but I was able to add my Avis profile to an Avis booking made for me, before collecting the car, and therefore using my President Club Benefits of free upgrade.

Another time, in Miami, I went directly to a kiosk within an hotel as the app would not let me book a same day collection, and by simply giving my name and my Platinum Card (which is the one on record within my profile), they pulled up my Avis Preferred profile, status and thus recognised benefits.

I would think that if you also have you Avis preferred account already linked to your BAEC (I do), there may be a chance that it already picks it up from a BAH booking.
