Has anyone any experience of this? Do the OB points get refunded in full? What happens with the cash element? I can see that I can move flight dates at no cost and have asked via Chatbox and email about the cancellation but no replies – queries lodged 2 days ago. Many thanks
Yes all points go back immediately. Cash is refunded in full. Make sure you tell them you can’t cancel the booking online (which is true) or they may charge you £15 per person.
Don’t do chatbox, call them up. Best and fastest way of doing it.
