Cancelling avios booking

I booked 2 club world avios flights to new york for this December. The booking was made in January 22 when book with confidence was still ongoing. Do I forfeit the £35 per passenger if booked under the book with confidence scheme?

I believe so because BWC was for bookings by and certain date for travel by a certain date. I don’t recall the dates but I’m quite sure both have now passed. My KIX-BKK flights were booked during BWC but when I cancelled last week I was charged the fee. Online cancellation is now working fine so if you take your booking through that it will explain clearly what you will be refunded before you need to submit it.
