Cancelling booking – when does upgrade voucher come back?

Hi All

If I cancel a booking that I used the upgrade voucher how long does it take to return to my account?

May move an Easter booking to the summer, but I’m unable to swop dates unless this can be done on the phone?

It’s usually pretty much instantaneous, you might need to log out and back in again to be able to see it. You could do it on the phone but they may charge the phone fee as well as whatever cancellation charge you’ll incur.
