Cancelling flight with upgrade voucher

I am possibly going to cancel my flight which I book using avios and the Barclaycard upgrade voucher. Can you confirm that I’ll get the avios and the upgrade voucher back if I cancel and only get charged £35?

Yes that is correct, as long as you cancel at least 24 hours before departure time.
