Hi, I get the above message on my phone and on my computer. I have logged in and out of everything, with no joy, as well as using different browsers. Has anyone else had this issue, and is there a solution other than hours on hold with BA?
BTW If you are trying to update your details, go into the booking through MMB and do the update there.

It’s not new! It’s been happening from time to time for many years. The more you log in, the slower it will be to resolve itself.
Happened to me all day yesterday whilst trying to use a companion voucher that was running out, customer services booked it but have no answer to the glitch!
They fixed it. Avios booking working fine this morning.
Try manually typing britishairways.com/avios
This usually gets past the cookie that is blocking you. Apologies to those more technically minded if this is not a cookie but I thought it sounded clever
Been looking today and yesterday… The website has been horrific!
Was all about “two browsers” yesterday, but this lunch time is just “technical error, please try again later”
assume its summer holidays and a high traffic volume but the last few days have been horrific
