Can’t credit Air France to Virgin Atlantic?

Im trying to credit an Air France flight to Virgin for passenger 2 on a booking, but whenever I try to add it, its giving an error ‘sorry your details were not saved’. Meanwhile, when I try to add it to my ticket, theres not even a dropdown to select any FF program.

Is it not fully integrated yet or is just just an isolated issue?

Sounds odd – there’s been a way to earn credit on the AF flights I’ve done this year. Give AF a call and have them add it, or submit a partner claim to VS.
