Changi lounge access on reward ticket

This may have been discussed elsewhere, but I have searched and can’t find it.
If we are travelling on a reward CW ticket (Ticket Class I), which lounges can we access at Changi when returning to the UK?
I have seen mention that the Qatar lounge is not available to ‘Business Lite’, but this isn’t a BA definition. I have also seen mention of revenue only customers, so assume that means we would not have access.
I think the other options are BA or Qantas.
I would be interested, out of the lounges we may have access to, which would be recommended.

Hi – we flew from Changi to LHR on a BA reward ticket in CW a few months ago and were able to access the Qatar lounge. We didn’t try the Qantas lounge so not sure about that one. The Qatar lounge is very nice with a la carte dining.

For Qatar Airways and oneworld First and Business class ticketed revenue customers only. Guests are not permitted.

So what that excludes is QR business lite and people in economy trying to access with a frequent flier card. Revenue is as opposed to non-rev which is industry discounted stuff, not award seats. They could however pull the “capacity” argument on you as there are a lot of QF flights leaving Singapore every day. They don’t want to be turning away their own passengers because the lounge is full of those from other airlines.
