Changing an Avios booking booked on BA travelling with Qatar Airways

Booked 1 way SIN-LHR in business via BA using full avios travelling on QR

Wish to change to BKK-LHR or KUL-LHR seats available , what would be the charge for the change also the taxes seem cheaper from BKK / KUl Will I get the difference back ? Will the deduct from whatever fee I have to pay to make the change

This is simply a cancellation and rebooking so you will be charged £35 change fee and the whole itinerary, Avios and cash, will be repriced with any difference (inc change fee) of Avios/cash refunded or extra payment taken.
