Changing Avios flight without calling

I’m currently in Asia where calls are over £2. Minute to make.

I’m trying to change an avios flight and the website just says ‘you cannot change this online’, is there another way to do it without calling them?

I’m sure I saw a beta page last week which has options, but can’t find it anymore.

Download Skype and call the US number, won’t cost anything then

Try logging in on a phone (not the app) – it worked for me!
