Hi,
Trying here to get advice on chasing points for flights with partner airlines after being in contact with the woeful Executive club ‘customer service’.
Flew with Finnair and Cathay in March 24 and the BA website suggests I should get tier/avios points if I register my executive club number.
As the OneWorld system was being updated in March/April I anticipated a delay, but in June after nothing emailed.
I have had points removed, but no reason or explanation on why valid points for flights were not credited.
Can anyone shine a light on why this is and what I can do to get the points owed?
I can’t shed any light on how to get the points as I’ve been unsuccessful myself.
I’Ve been trying since July to get 180TPs from 2 MH flights. They were booked through Qatar and BAEC No added. First sector was flown with QR but the other 2 were codeshares with MH.
Applied through the BA website for missing TPs/Avios and did get a reply asking for more info but I’ve heard nothing for 2 months now.
By all accounts on here, it could take 6 months but since you don’t get any feedback or updates, you don’t know what or if, anything is happening.
