It’s a seasonal route, last flight is 25 Oct.
@strickers. Think we’re at cross purposes with someone trying for SKG in October. @Richie trying to advise on ZTH for May which has slipped through the net this year. Thanks anyway. @Richie Yes thanks and that would be the preferred route but the dates don’t suit, sadly. Important work/school commitments prior. I assume you can book the inbound with a companion voucher and Avios, then link if the outbound comes out of hiding?
Meanwhile he can explore the options as they have to travel.Which date can they leave the UK?

@Richie. Thanks for your help. The Yorkshire folk have decided to sit on it for a while in the hope of a magic wand in a few weeks or so. Children! They ask for your help then put everything on the back burner. I’m off for a small gin! Thanks again and we can leave the problem children to their own devices. Didn’t happen when I made the bookings! 😇

I’ve downgraded my BAPP because BA have very little availability to Asia unless you can book at midnight a year in advance. If there was any scope to use the CV on Finnair, I would happily upgrade again. Commercially, I wonder if it would feasible for BA to extend the use of the voucher to codeshare flights on Joint Venture routes? Or for Amex to rebrand the card as a OneWorld card?
I wonder if it might be feasible for Barclaycard to do so, seeing as their card is technically an Avios card, not a BA card?
