Hello,
I am travelling gatwick to dalaman in a few weeks. Originally booked ba club europe but have just been notified changed to titan airways (never heard of them) a321 neo (says Q3) Can’t find any food options on my booking nor can I find any info or pictures on the aircraft. Have rebooked seats which look like club europe on the seat map as only 2 together. Should I be worried? Anyone know if we still get food/drinks. Be good to see what the planes are like if anyone has links.
Thanks in advance
There is some info here including pics but essentially everything will be the same as BA, food and drinks, seating arrangements etc. The aircraft is less densely configured than a BA A321 so more leg room.
Titan have operated for BA quite a bit over the years so really nothing to worry about !
It will be fine. You will still have an empty middle seat but without the BA table just like some BA planes.
The seat colour is a light grey. Crew will be Titan staff but it will be BA meals and service.
Flew on a Titan pkane on begalf of BA few years ago to Gran Canaria and it was fine. I thought the crew were very good and proactive.
Much better than the DAT (Danish Air Transport) planes that are operating some routes on BA’s behalf.
