Seems like noone talked about it but it wasn’t possible to move points to Eurostar’s new point system. Online conversion ability removed and I’ve called in and ask but can only pay with the abysmall conversion.
It’s still a shame even with the October changes – the day I’m trying they are asking for 200ish oneway.
This is only meant to be temporary and is linked to issues with Amex talking to a new Eurostar IT system.
I spent quite a bit of time with the Eurostar time prior to the relaunch and Amex was mentioned multple times as partner going forward.
