I’m about to arrive at Lost Property St Paul’s.
I have Hilton Gold through Amex plat which I have never used. Hotel was booked through Hotelsdotcom. Do I get any benefits or is it only if booking direct?Unfortunately it is very unlikely to get any benefits under these circumstances
If you had contacted them beforehand they may have agreed some benefits, e.g. free breakfast but not upgrade, it depends on the property. I wouldn’t bother announcing your Gold status at check-in and expecting anything!

I got a room upgrade and free breakfast at a DT that was booked through Expedia (but no points), so it does happen now and again.
