Collect a 60,000 Avios British Airways American Express Premium card

Hi, I already have a BA AMEX Premium card and my wife is a secondary card holder. If she applies for a premium card will she be eligible for the £60000 avios or will she be “recognised” as a card holder already? Thanks

If she’s not had a BA AMEX card in the last 24 months then she’s eligible for the SUB
