    I’m having problems with combine my avios? I have a avios.com account and and a Iberia account which comply with the criteria but can’t log into my BA account without an error.

    I’m trying to move avios from my BA account to Iberia

    BA Account – “Combine my Avios is not available at the moment. Please try again later”
    Iberia – “Sorry, the details of your accounts do not match, please contact us”
    Avios.com – “Please log in again if you want to combine Avios” / “Sorry, the details of your accounts do not match, please contact us.”

    Not sure what other options are available? Has anyone had a recent success moving avios to Iberia from BA?

    If all your accounts don’t have the same email address registered, CMA doesn’t seem to work.

    If everything is the same then bear in mind Iberia and BA are periodically blocking large transfers. I had issues a few weeks back where it didn’t let me transfer more than 10k Avios as I have already transferred over 100k a week prior. I tried from my partner’s IB/BA account straight after that, same computer, same browser and it worked.
