Combine my Avios – not working?

I have been trying to bring over over 100,000 avios from Iberia back to BA.

As I have a family BA account the route for this has been Iberia to Avios (Areo Club) – BA,

Having run into an issue with my Avios account (which I resolved) I am able to move BA to Avios and vice versa but when I log into my Iberia account it says it not working. My account is an old one and I was able to transfer the avios to it originally.

Any ideas?

I have fixed my issue by changing to Chrome from Safari. Worked first time.

Same here, I changed browser to Firefox and it worked straightaway
