Does anybody know where you actually see the progress towards your companion voucher these days? I cannot find it anywhere in either the iOS apps for BA or Amex, nor in my account on either of their websites. I can see them in my BA account on the web once they are earned, but not the progress. There used to be a progress bar hosted by Amex, but they seem to have taken it out of the app a while back and now it has gone missing completely as far as I can tell.
Seems unnecessarily annoying for what is the primary benefit of the BAPP card…
It seems its there for some and not for others. Me and P2 BAPP show progress to the 10k. Part of the BA IT issues it seems so for the moment you may have to go ol’ school and tally up.
I’m in the lucky position that mine shows under the Membership tab in the AMEX app – both IOS app on my iPad and android app on my phone.
If you don’t have a tracker bar then download a PDF statement and it says where you are at the bottom. I think this is calculated something like six days before the statement date but it tells you there!
Mid July and this is still missing. Anyone else in a similar boat?

Under my BA points there is a box with a progress bar.
This has gone AWOL from my app too, seems to be a random but common gremlin in the system.
I can see CV progress on the website but not app, and pending Avios on neither. Both showed perfectly until about a month ago.
I’ve now lost sight of mine. Haven’t been able to see progress on the app for a while now but wasn’t too bothered as I could see it on website (along with the clumsy message about changes coming in in November). Yesterday, 1st October, went in to have a look and nothing in the usual place other than an advert for some other Amex cashback offer.
I called Amex customer support (using number on the back of the card) and spoke to someone there who gave me the balance and said they’d report the issue to the tech team.
My guess is that they are setting things up for the change in spend requirement (£15k) from next month.
I suggest folk Just keep calling, the message will get through.
As for the card, I only use it for booking travel (not while abroad because of the high foreign fees, Tesco card+ for free transactions is my ‘go to’). Given I’m now retired and kids have long gone, we tend to travel outside of peak times, so the £15k annual spend target is getting to be a target too far, combined with the annual fee for the card, I suspect we’ll be parting company once the next companion voucher hits my account.
