Does anyone remember if nights booked with creation vouchers are eligible for amb upgrades? Ihg terms state points bookings are not, but not sure if that includes card voucher bookings.
They’re excluded as the voucher is still a points redemption
However, on my last stay I still got upgraded.
They are not excluded on reward nights, they are just subject to availability as per T&C
‘On IHG One Rewards Reward Nights and Free Nights, the guaranteed upgrade benefit is not applicable and is subject to availability.’
Yup so no automatic one cat or 10k but you can/do still get them.
