Hi everyone. I’m looking at flights from DAR-LHR on Skyscanner with a BA codeshare number, operated by Qatar. I realise it’s a super cheap cash economy fare, but will it make any difference in terms of which FFP I credit the trip? Only interested in points/miles, as I don’t travel enough for status. Thanks in advance.
That’s probably a “it depends” answer. For BA, with no status you will get 6 avios per £ spent. For Qatar, I believe it’s still based on distance, but the class of travel will also affect the number of avios, even in economy where you have comfort/classic/lite type options. Qatar has an avios calculator on their website. Worth doing some comparisons
