Current wait time for double tier points (holiday’) to be awarded

Hi, I’ve seen various replies over the years saying many weeks, multiple chasing emails etc.

What is the current state of play? Better I hope.

If your status upgrade is delayed (me to gold, first time), is it extended by the same period (2 month delay means 2 month extension)?

The vast majority of the double points are posted in line with the offers T&Cs

I’ve had yet to hear of anyone having a delayed status extended. Actually I don’t even think that such an extension is even possible.

About 4 weeks ago…..the flight Taps have been awarded by not the 100% extra.
