Just received an investor update from Curve stating that they have launched a new benefit – Curve credit card for UK customers, providing S75 protection.
Other than missing out on Curve fronted, any other downside of having this credit card instead?

It’s a logical extension of their business as they try to avoid the loss from the lower interchange cap on debit cards relative to credit cards.
Hope they allow both at some time in the future as I’d prefer to use credit card unless using fronted.
The only place I can think of this being useful is car rental place.. but then £250 limit sounds like a joke. Unless you allow for deposit to be taken from your debit card.
That is how I read it, as in you can still use the Curve Credit Card to front the underlying debt card to get the S75 protection .. that means you don’t need to use the £250 credit at all..
