Damaged bags – who handles for Virgin?

Anyone know who handles Virgin’s damaged bags? Does it go through K2 Global like BA or do they do it in house / another company?
They front it themselves. I think they then outsource it on a per-station basis.
baggage.tracing@fly.virgin.com is the best route to get hold of them. Or the Gold line, if you’ve got it.
They just broke ours after a transatlantic flight over the new year holidays.
We contacted Virgin, were outsourced to K2 Global.
Luckily had the digital receipt of the luggage, sent it to them and got a brand new replacement.
Oddly it was a broken wheel. I fixed itself with some cheap replacement from Amazon! And now we also have a brand new one.
