Delay in Virgin CC Voucher hitting account?

Hi all,

I’ve seen mixed data points of when you should expect your Virgin Atlantic Credit Card voucher to hit your Flying Club account after the 10K spend. I was wondering if anyone had any recent experiences of this?

I hit 10k mid-October, my card year ended/renewed at the end of October. But I’m yet to see the Voucher in my account.

Should I be concerned?

You can be concerned. My card year ends in April but I moved spend to get to 10K and generate the voucher before the 31 Oct kamikaze changes. 10K spend reached second week of October; voucher came 4-5 days later.

Sometimes, this happens. Call Flying Club and they’ll ask the right folks to look in to it.
I’ve had to chase Gold vouchers a few times.
