Had a 1 night stay booked in April to break up a long drive.
Just had an email from them cancelling as they now have an “unforeseen government contract” and as a result are now closed to the public…
They’ve only just refurbished the rooms, must be desperate…!
Yes this was the talk of X a few weeks ago. Bit poor they waited till now to tell you. The contract matter was finalised weeks ago.
